Thou the night have covered me,

Seems to me as black as shadow.

Trying to frighten me again and again 

by the spirits and cry of a lonely widow.

 

Now this road, that i walk upon 

Dry leaves left uncrunched, as no human ever passed

But I walk upon the same, smashing each

cause about me, no one ever asked

 

These demons try to stop me

as they have seen my cuts and pain

so high I held my head bloody

As i cant let my faith in vein

 

Soon I will reach bleeding high 

but survive, and announce at my goal

That, I am the head of my faith

and the master of my soul
